A new white water attraction may be headed to Springdale.
Members of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce listened to a presentation today about the potential water park.
“A lot of people will want to use the water side of it, but there is also rock climbing, zip lines, road and mountain bike routes. Just making something for everybody,” said Macey Brooks, a consultant behind the idea.
Brooks said it would take around $25 million to bring in the attraction, raised through public and private investors.
If approved, the park would be located downtown, by the lake or at the Springdale trailhead.
