Springdale Schools Launch New Video Project

Happening around Northwest Arkansas, the Springdale School District has started a new project in an attempt to strengthen the community.

The project is called “One Day in Springdale Schools” and the students are asking their peers, teachers, and staff to send in a video of their day Friday.

The purpose is to take a look at life through the perspective of all the different people who are involved in the district.
Har-Ber High School and  Springdale High School students had about 10 video responses Friday afternoon, but they’re expecting to receive multiple hours of footage by the Jan. 30 deadlines.
The two schools are working together to create a three to a four-minute video displaying everyone’s day Friday, which project manager Seth Biazo says he hopes will unite the district.
He said, “We’re a community, and when a community recognizes that we’re all together and we’re all one then it can achieve, you know, much greater things.”
If you want to get involved with this project, take a video of yourself at school, at home, or wherever you are and submit it here.
