Barrett Baber made all of Arkansas proud! He represented the Natural State well in NBC’s The Voice, claiming the number three spot in the finale.

After the final show, we asked Barrett is there was any final message he wanted to share with all of his fans. Here is what he had to say.

“I’d be remiss if I didn’t say thank you again. I’ve said it so many times in so many of these interviews we’ve done together, but it’s the truth. I’ve always been so incredibly humbled by the support of the people back home and by their love and their energy that I’ve been feeling this entire time I’ve been out here. It’s been such an incredible ride. We didn’t win and that’s okay. I’m totally fine with that. This by no means is the end of a dream for me. This is only the beginning… I’m at the starting line with, like, rocket propelled roller blades on about to shoot down the road, man, because this thing has really poured jet fuel into my train. I’m excited to get to work and it’s because of the people back home. They made it happen for me. I’ll never be able to say thank you enough, but I sure am going to try.”
