Children from across Northwest Arkansas got their groove on at the Walton Arts Center Wednesday.
The students traveled to see the Dorrance Dance Company as part of an art learning experience.
The company uses technology and tap dance to create music.
Vice President of Learning Laura Goodwin said the Walton Arts Center is excited to provide this kind of exposure to so many kids.
“The Colgate Classic Series is the way that Walton Arts Center provides every child in Northwest Arkansas access to world class arts,” Goodwin said.
So far there are 27,000 children and teachers registered this year for the Colgate Classic Series.
