TheatreSquared will break ground for its new venue on June 23.
The 50,000 square-foot building will be located along West Spring Street in Fayetteville.
The building will feature two theaters, education and community space, along with
three levels of outdoor public spaces and a café and bar that will remain open during the day.
TheatreSquared still needs to raise about $35 million for the project to be completed.
