Three arrests made in West Memphis homicide investigation

Three men have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in eastern Arkansas.

The name of the victim has not been released.

26-year-old Kendall Mays, 31-year-old Cordarell Murray, and 31-year-old Ladarrell Murray were arrested on suspicion of capital murder, aggravated robbery, three counts of terroristic act and endangering the welfare of a minor, according to social media posts from West Memphis police.

The deadly shooting happened just after 10:00 a.m. Saturday on South 19th Street.

The victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The records don’t indicate that they are represented by an attorney who could speak on their behalf.

West Memphis police said Ladarrell Murray was arrested at about 7:40 p.m. Saturday at an apartment, and the other two suspects were arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday.
