Three correctional officers have been injured in separate attacks at state prison units Thursday afternoon.
One attack happened at the Varner, where prisoners are executed.
The other happened at the Tucker Unit.
One officer had multiple face and head wounds.
Two others were cut on their bodies.
Arkansas State Police are investigating.
