Three Women Arrested in Meth Bust

The 12th/21st District Drug Task Force arrested three women in a meth bust. 

Investigators worked with members from the Greenwood Police Department, Fort Smith Police Department and Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arkansas State Police in seizing 5 pounds of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia (scales and packaging material).

Three women were arrested during the drug bust, Tamara Shipley-Brown, Elizabeth Tester and Lisa Kelley.  The women are being charged with trafficking methamphetamine (over 200 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
