MAGNOLIA, Ark. (KTVE) — Trial dates have been set for a Magnolia mother and father whose newborn baby suffered more than 100 rat bites.
Erika Shyrock and Charles Elliott’s baby girl suffered such severe bites that she needed reconstructive surgery
One bite was all the way down to her skull.
They’re charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and they were ordered to undergo mental evaluations.
Pre-trial motions are due November 6, and pretrial is set for December 7.
They have until January 4 to reach a plea agreement.
Otherwise, their trial is set to begin January 24.
