Trial Set for Former Daycare Worker Accused of Sexually Assaulting Three Kids

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) -- A trial is set for a former daycare worker accused of sexually assaulting three children.

A jury trial is scheduled for March 27 for 24-year-old Nathan Clemons of Rogers.

He's charged with three counts of sexual assault and could face from five to 20 years in prison for each one.

Clemons worked at Mary's Little Lamb Preschool in Bentonville when the allegations surfaced.

Police arrested Clemons for the first time in June after a 7-year-old boy told his parents Clemons touched him inappropriately during movie time.

Clemons was then arrested for a second and third time in August and September for assaulting two other children.

He is currently free on a $375,000 bond.
