POLK COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Two minors are considered missing from Mena, Arkansas.
Chloe Kelly, 12, and Raphael Overturf, 15, were last seen on July 22.
Kelly is 5’2 and weighs 106 pounds. She has brown eyes and light brown hair.
Overturf is 5’7 and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
The two may be travelling in a 2016 dark gray Jeep Renegade.
