A University of Arkansas professor spoke about putting together a piece of film history.
Frank Scheide talked Wednesday about discovering a lost film among Charlie Chaplin’s outtakes.
The outtakes came from a film called “King, Queen, Joker,” which had been produced by Chaplin’s brother.
Scheide said it was an honor to discover a part of history that has never been seen yet,
“Whats exciting about it is that the film was a prototype for the “Great Dictator,” one of Chaplin’s most important films,” Scheide said.
Scheide said although the outtakes weren’t shown Wednesday, he is now working on funding to soon unveil that project.
