An arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that occurred in Springdale on Thursday morning.
Javier Nicolas-Rodriguez, 19, was found deceased in a vehicle from an apparent gunshot wound. The vehicle had crashed in the driveway of 1659 Pioneer in Springdale.
Through the course of the investigation, a suspect was identified as 18-year-old Anjel Torres.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Torres for the offenses of murder in the first degree, terroristic act, engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise and aggravated assault.
Torres was located and arrested on Sunday night at 9:15 p.m. in San Bernardino, California.
Detectives continue to investigate the case.
