UPDATE: Race Skyler Fuller is jailed in Benton County in connection with a January 14 hit and run accident that seriously injured a person in Springdale.
Fuller was booked shortly after 9 a.m., Tuesday, January 22, for felony leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. He’s jailed on no bond, according to the jail’s inmate website.
The accident victim, Jeen John, 23, is still hospitalized with serious injuries, according to Sprngdale police.
Springdale police have issued an arrest warrant for the person who was involved in a hit and run accident that happened January 14, at Highway 264, according to a police press release.
The suspect is Race Skyler Fuller, 28, a white male, from Benton County, according to Springdale police.
The vehicle versus pedestrian accident happened early Monday near Highway 264 and Ferns Valley Loop.
When police arrived they found a Marshallese male, later identified as Jeen John, 23, lying in the roadway. Police stated that John appeared to have injuries from being hit by a car.
Police described the vehicle that left the scene as a 1996-2006 Volkswagen Jetta, silver or gray in color.
John was transported to Northwest medical Center in Springdale, he is still in the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Fuller was arrested by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in July 2018 for Felony 2nd Degree Domestic Battery.
In 2016, Fuller served 10 days in the Benton County jail for drug possession, according to court records.
