UPDATE: Cox Communications said the estimated time to repair the statewide outage in Arkansas is pushed back to Friday, March 8, at around 5 a.m.
Cox Communications is experiencing a statewide outage in Arkansas, according to Cox a representative.
“We had a local fiber cut in two different places today in our NW Arkansas market, affecting the market,” according to a statement from Cox. “Some video and internet services have already been restored. We’re actively working to restore remaining services.”
The company said the issue is estimated to be resolved Thursday, March 7, by 4:30 p.m.
“Cox provides high-speed Internet, streaming TV – both live and on-demand, home telephone, and smart home security solutions for its residential customers,” according to Cox’s website.
