FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFTA) — Police have made an arrest of a man they said robbed a store at gun point.
Fort Smith PD arrested 21-year-old Quentin Douglas for aggravated robbery with a firearm.
Authorities said he charged into a convenience store, flashed his gun and demanded money.
Police spent the entire month tracking the suspect and made the arrest Friday.
Douglas is now behind bars at the Sebastian County Detention Center.
FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFTA) — Investigators with the Fort Smith Police Department are attempting to identify the subject involved in the aggravated robbery of the convenience store located at 1549 North Greenwood at approximately 11:30 p.m. on August 13, 2018, according to the FSPD news release.
Preliminary investigations showed that the suspect entered the business, produced a weapon and demanded money.
Investigators said they believe the suspect to be, 5’10” to 6” tall, with a medium build.
Witnesses also described the suspect to have a tattoo above his left eye of the word “blessed”.
Detectives with the Fort Smith Police Department Criminal Investigations Division said they would like to speak with this subject about their involvement in this incident.
