BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA) - UPDATE: Charles Alan Rickman has received four life sentences for raping an elderly woman.
Rickman, 31, was sentenced to four life terms for two counts of rape, one count of kidnapping and aggravated residential burglary. He was also sentenced to 20 years and a $15,000 fine for one count of first-degree battery.
The judge ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
Rickman raped and beat a 69-year-old woman. He raped and beat the woman so badly that she suffered an infection and had to have all four of her limbs amputated.
Benton County Prosecutor Nathan Smith said this was one of the three worst cases he has ever prosecuted.
Smith also said the only way Rickman will get out of prison is if the governor pardons him.
The man who was accused of raping a 69-year-old woman in 2017 was found guilty on Thursday morning.

His sentencing is scheduled to begin Thursday afternoon.
