A woman who died in a house fire over the weekend has been identified, according to the Springdale Police Department.
Carolyn Sluss, 67, was found inside the home. Fire crews tried to revive Sluss, but she was already deceased, according to the police report.
The fire happened around 1:30 a.m. on February, 2 at the 2100 block of Hudson, according to the police report.
Sluss was pronounced dead at the scene, and other family members were taken to an area hospital, according to police.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, police said.
