BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA) — Over 13,400 people are without power in Northwest Benton County.

The Carroll Electric website is reporting the outages.

Nancy Plagge, spokesperson for Carroll Electric, said crews are working on the issue, which she said happened when a breaker at the Centerton high voltage substation blew.

Crews are on scene at all substations trying to restore power. They are working to isolate the problem.

They currently do not have an estimated time of repair.
