UPDATE: Service has been restored for AT&T customers in Northwest Arkansas.

According to Dale Ingram, service was restored several hours ago. Customers experienced outages overnight and this morning.

An AT&T representative says cell tower issues have caused some outages for customers across Northwest Arkansas.

The representative says cell towers are down in several cities including Fayetteville, Rogers, Bella Vista and Elkins.

Some towers will be fixed today but it could be tomorrow before the others are fixed.

The towers are only partially down and not completely down.

It is unknown at this time what caused the outage. Customers can call 611 to report any issues that they are experiencing.
