(Via KARK) Caught on video is an apparent underwear thief stealing from Victoria’s Secret in Little Rock, and police say this isn’t the suspect’s first time.

A man walking in the Promenade at Chenal says he saw two women leaving Victoria’s Secret. One had a ton of clothes in her hands, and that’s when he got his phone out and hit record.

Video taken on Sunday shows a woman with a handful of merchandise running away from the Promenade.

Daniel Harp says he was playing Pokemon Go when he saw her and another woman stealing from Victoria’s Secret.

“I pull out my phone immediately and thought, ‘she’s definitely shoplifting,'” said Harp.

According to a police report, she took an estimated $3,000 worth of stuff, jumped in a car and left.

“I wanted to catch the vehicle she was in because I figured that would help police catch them,” said Harp.

Harp says when police got there they already knew who she was.

“I didn’t even have to show them the video, they knew this person by name. They knew that person and the group of people they are with,” said Harp.

“You see, the same people commit crimes time and time again. They are habitual offenders,” said Little Rock Police Lt Steve McClanahan.

According to a police report, the suspect is Erica Jordan. Lt. Steve McClanahan says putting resources into petty theft cases can hurt other investigations.

“It’s a back log in the criminal justice system, and it takes time away from us dealing with the violent criminals,” said McClanahan.

Harp hopes charges are filed so they can pay for the crimes they’ve committed.

“It’s upsetting so many people don’t seem to care about it, and they are happy to turn a blind eye to it,” said Harp.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a person with the same name and description has been booked in the past for theft of property. If you know anything, call police.
