Two Fayetteville strip clubs have formally been issued multiple violations from Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and will have a hearing in March to determine the penalty of the violations.

The violations occurred after an undercover operation by ABC on January 10

Silver Dollar Cabaret had violations of employees or operators drinking alcoholic beverages on duty, allowing alcoholic beverages to be furnished to an intoxicated person, and four entertainers/dancers performed paid lap dances on the stage with three seated patrons, which simulated sexual acts and made physical contact with the three patrons.

Platinum Cabaret had six total violations of simulating sex acts, exposing their breasts, making physical contact with patrons and simulating masturbation.

The hearing for both places will be held on March 21, beginning at 1 p.m at ABC’s Board Room in Little Rock. The hearings are separate but will take place back to back.

ABC’s director will determine the appropriate penalty for the violations. Penalties range from a fine to probation to license suspension or revocation.
