SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA) — If you have a non-violent misdemeanor warrant out of Springdale, you have a chance to set your record straight.
The Springdale Police Department and the Springdale District Court are offering a warrant amnesty period.
If you have a non-violent misdemeanor warrant, you have until Friday at 2:30 p.m. to turn yourself in, get booked and released without having to post bond.
Amnesty doesn’t get rid of your criminal charge, but it does eliminate your warrant for arrest and gives you a new court date.
