FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) – Deeper cold air is currently overspreading the forecast area with more seasonal highs Thursday in the 40s and 50s.
The cool weather will persist into Friday with a warmup on tap for Saturday as strong south winds return.
The warmer temperatures with breezy conditions and afternoon rh values falling to around 25-30 percent will once again raise fire weather concerns across the area.
Areas of rain will be possible this weekend with the best chances across western Arkansas and far eastern Oklahoma.
