A workout developed by the Navy Seals is considered one of the most demanding workouts on the planet. The TRX workout challenges every body part from head to toe.
TRX stands for total body resistance exercise. The first exercise is a low row. To do this lean back and squeeze the elbows back so it squeezes your shoulder blades then lower yourself down. When doing this change the difficulty by moving your feet. Walk back to make it easier and walk your feet in to make it more difficult.
The second exercise is the chest press. It is basically doing a push up where you roll the hips and engage your abs to press away. TO make it more difficult you put your feet farther back and press.
The third exercise is a suspended crunch. You’ll want to set the straps up to fit the cradle about an inch above your toe. Press up into a plank and walk out to add a challenge and ad more resistance. Life your hips and squeeze your back in and out. Make sure your hips don’t sag.
