Wreaths Across America Comes to Fayetteville

Each December, National Wreaths Across America remember and honor fallen U.S. Veterans during the busy holiday season.

They coordinate a wreath-laying ceremony at more than 1,600 locations in all 50 U.S.states, at sea, and abroad.

National Wreaths Across America honored the fallen Veterans at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, 700 S. Government Ave.

On Saturday (January 26) volunteers picked up the wreaths placed.

Walmart, the Fayetteville National Cemetery Advisory Committee, and volunteers helped out from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Volunteers assisted in the recovery, breakdown, and recycling of the wreaths.
