XNA: Aircraft Lands Safely After Report of Smoke in Cockpit

An aircraft that landed safely at Northwest Regional Airport (XNA) was reported to have smoke in the cockpit Thursday afternoon, February 21, according to XNA COO Kelly Johnson.

Envoy Air, a carrier for American Airlines, landed safely.  

The reason for the smoke has not been determined. There were 35 people on board.

Central EMS, and other emergency crews were dispatched to the airport.
