No injuries reported to residents; 2 firefighters treated for heat exhaustion

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — UPDATE: The Beaver Lake Fire Department shared new details about the house fire in Prairie Creek on Thursday.

According to the fire department, crews responded at 8:40 p.m. on Thursday to a 2-alarm structure fire on Rivercliff Road in Rogers.

The incident utilized nearly 40 firefighters from six agencies and took until 4 a.m. to extinguish, the department said on Facebook.

No residents were injured, but two firefighters were treated on scene for heat exhaustion.

Responding agencies included Rogers, Piney Point, Avoca, Rocky Branch, and Mercy EMS.
