Week 9 SEC Predictions Including Arkansas Hosting Vanderbilt

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - By Otis Kirk

Last week was a perfect 6-0 week with my SEC predictions. That was needed after going just 3-3 the previous week.

There's several games that are hard to predict this week. For the season, I am 52-9. Remember this isn't against the spread which is much tougher, this is simply picking who wins the game.

Vanderbilt at Arkansas -- The Hogs snapped a six-game skid last Saturday beating Tulsa 23-0. Vanderbilt is step up in talent than Tulsa. The Pick: Arkansas

Florida vs. Georgia (Jacksonville) -- A key game in the SEC East for sure. A few week's ago this looked like an easy pick for the Bulldogs, but LSU exposed some stuff. The Pick: Georgia

Kentucky at Missouri -- Another close game. When in doubt on who will win I try to go with the home team and that's what I will do here. The Pick: Missouri

Texas A&M at Mississippi State -- As with the other games this isn't an easy one to pick. Will the MSU team that beat Auburn show up? The Pick: Texas A&M

Tennessee at South Carolina -- The Vols beat Auburn, but haven't done much else against the better teams. South Carolina continues to surprise. The Pick: South Carolina
