FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — UPDATE: Fort Smith Public Schools say all campuses are open except Morrison Elementary and Bonneville Elementary schools. Power has not been restored at Bonneville Elementary.
Makeup work will be provided for Bonneville kindergarten through sixth grade students who do not have a device when the return to school.
FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — UPDATE: School will resume at 25 Fort Smith school campuses on Wednesday. Morrison Elementary School will learn remotely for the next three days.
Morrison Elementary pre kindergarten classrooms will be closed and students will complete AMI packets from Wednesday until Friday. Kindergarten through sixth grade will learn virtually for the remainder of the week.
Families of Morrison students can pick up their students’ Chromebook devices beginning Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Trusty Elementary School at 3300 Harris Avenue. Use the Media Center entrance off Harrison Avenue.
On Wednesday, families can also pick up grab-and-go breakfast and lunch at the Media Center entrance beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Trusty Elementary school.
On Thursday and Friday, grab-and-go breakfast and lunch is available at the cafeteria entrance off High Street from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Trusty Elementary School.

Due to damage and power outages at several schools, FSPS teachers and students will use their remote learning plans today and learn from home.
