Arkansas freshman Ibrahim Ali has entered his name in the NCAA’s Transfer Portal.
Ali, 6-10, 244, was from Maumelle High School and redshirted this past season. Ali chose Arkansas out of high school where he was a three-star recruit.
He averaged four points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game in 2016-17 at Maumelle. He sat out 2017-18 to work on improving his game.
Ali is the second player to announce a transfer from Arkansas since the conclusion of the season. Guard Keyshawn Embery-Simpson transferred to Tulsa.
