FAYETTEVILLE, AR. (KNWA/KFTA) – On July 19, the Oklahoma Thunder announced that Pro Hog Jaylin Williams has officially signed his rookie contract with the team.
The No. 34 over pick in this year’s NBA Draft agreed to a four-year deal worth $8.2 million total. Williams scored two points with six rebounds in his NBA Summer League debut against the Jazz.
In his sophomore season at Arkansas, he appeared in 37 games and averaged 10.9 points, 9.8 rebounds and 1.29 steals in 31.6 minutes per game en route to being named to the 2021-22 SEC All-Defensive Team and the All-SEC First Team by coaches.
