The final week of SEC Football play starts tonight with the Egg Bowl in Oxford.
Then it continues on Friday with Arkansas at Missouri and then seven games on Saturday. Last week, I was 11-0 with my SEC picks.
Here’s the ones for this week.
Mississippi State at Ole Miss — The Rebels are going for a 6-6 season if they can win this game. Mississippi State is trying to play itself into a better bowl. Pick: Mississippi State
Arkansas at Missouri — The Hogs are seeing a terrible season mercifully end on Friday. It’s been one of something could go wrong it has. Missouri is 7-4 on the season. Pick: Missouri
Georgia Tech at Georgia — The Bulldogs are headed to next weekend’s SEC Championship Game. They are 10-1 on the season. Pick: Georgia
Florida at Florida State — The Gators are 8-3 and could end the regular season on a good note with a win in this contest. Pick: Florida
Auburn at Alabama — The Tide will play Georgia in the SEC Championship Game next Saturday. They will try to send Auburn to a 7-5 season in this game. Pick: Alabama
Tennessee at Vanderbilt — One of these two teams will finish with a 6-6 record and the other 5-7. The extra win will buy the winner some bowl practices. Pick: Vanderbilt
South Carolina at Clemson — Clemson is trying to drop the Gamecocks to 6-5 on the season. South Carolina also has a game with Akron next Saturday in Columbia. Pick: Clemson
Kentucky at Louisville — This has been a dreadful season for Louisville. Bobby Petrino has been dismissed as head coach. Pick: Kentucky
LSU at Texas A&M — This could be the best game of the entire weekend. LSU is going for a 10-2 season while the Aggies are 7-4 in Jimbo Fisher’s first season. Pick: LSU
