High School Football Playoffs Postponed Due to Threat of Severe Weather

The Arkansas Activities Association announced on its social media that several playoff high school football games for today were postponed due to the threat of severe weather.

All 2A, 3A and 4A semi-final games will be played Saturday.

The 5A high school state football championship game has been postponed until Sunday at 2 p.m. due to impending weather.

Booneville High School was set to play Prescott High School tonight and Shiloh Christian was scheduled to take on Arkadelphia. Kick off for both games is set for 6 p.m. Saturday.

All other Saturday games will go on as scheduled as their scheduled venues.
